The staff and location were very good, I loved it. The restaurant was amazing and served hot food. The room was cleaned and available with good heating, a self-made dessert-like garden, for instance. The speedy check-in process too.

Peaceful stay overall. Staff was polite, room was terrific and location was unbeatable. I slept so comfy in the very clean bed. Everything was fine as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was old. Easy check in and in general very good service.

Amicable staff, well prepared room, absolute perfect location. The bed was very comfy and it was great having an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. You could walk to the shops and the markets. Impeccable service within 20 km of the airport. Such a such wonderful experience:)))

We liked the food and location and realistic prices. A nice 5-minute stroll to fairmont le chateau frontenac. The breakfast they offered was GOOD. In love with sainte-anne.
